Amedeo Marini

Amedeo is the Senior Vice President and Director of Commercial Operations at Salem Five, and a member of the Bankruptcy Banking Team, bringing more than 30 years of experience in banking and operations management. He has led diverse teams across bank operations, commercial and residential loan servicing, treasury operations, and client support, delivering scalable, efficient solutions that enhance both performance and client experience. Amedeo partners closely with experts in technology, data analytics, and risk management to drive operational excellence and support growth across various lines of business. He is deeply involved in enterprise initiatives focused on data management, and process optimization, and serves as a member of the Commercial Strategic Advisory Council, collaborating with Fiserv to advance innovation in commercial banking. He also actively supports community development as a loan committee member for Homeowners Rehab Inc.

He is a Massachusetts native and now lives in Southern New Hampshire raising his family and spending time outdoors in the mountains & seacoast.
