Salem Five's Digital Assistant

Introducing our newest digital employee, Serena. She has been trained by our former digital assistant, Sally, who recently retired. Serena is powered by AI as well as some magic pixie dust. She resides in Salem and, although she’s really in her element throughout October, she’s available year ‘round to help customers with answers to questions they may have. She provides our customer contact center with another set of digital hands and can answer hundreds of questions you may have and does it with a smile (we assume) and maybe even a gentle wave of her wand.

Serena can answer simple questions such as hours of operation, our routing numbers and where you can find coin counting machines to more complex questions such as the types of loans we offer, how to opt in to overdraft protection, view statements online and with mobile banking, apply for a credit card or pay a loan. Of course, if you prefer to speak to one of our customer service representatives, they are always at the ready, during normal business hours. Get locations and hours.

Serena has vast experience understanding what’s on customer’s minds. It’s almost like she can read them. This has given her great insight into the information customers need to do their banking. We were sad to see Sally retire, but excited for a new digital assistant who has some unique powers. Outside of work, Serena likes hanging with a gaggle of other women friends, participating in seances and playing/reading cards. Her favorite movie is “Hocus Pocus”.
