Veronica Caira

Veronica Caira is a senior banking leader with more than 20 years of experience building and managing high-net-worth client relationships across private, commercial, and retail banking. She is currently SVP, Private Banking Team Leader at Salem Five Bank, where she applies deep expertise in business development, complex lending, and relationship management to serve affluent individuals and families. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Enterprise Bank & Trust as well as Citizens Bank, Cambridge Savings Bank, Brookline Bank, People’s United Bank, and Bank of America. Her experience also includes international banking leadership roles early in her career with Bank of Rome in Italy.

Highly engaged in civic and professional leadership, Veronica serves in advisory and board roles with organizations including the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Lexington Chamber of Commerce, along with several nonprofit and educational institutions. She is currently the treasurer of the board at LexMedia. She is recognized for fostering client loyalty, leading high-performing teams and strengthening brand presence through community engagement, operational excellence, and a collaborative leadership style.
