Once you're set up, just send a one- or two-letter text command from your phone to (39872), and instantly get back information such as your account balance or transaction history.

Secure Access To Your Account Statements

We’ve made it easy and convenient for you to view your electronic account statements and notices online or via our Mobile Banking App. Once you enroll, you’ll get notified via email when your account statement is available online. And you can view up to seven years of statement history. If you want a “hard” copy, the statements are easy to print at home. With enrollment, you can also gain easy online access to annual tax documents for handy reference.

Electronic versions of the paper bills you receive in the mail, e-bills come directly to your Salem Five Online Banking account, where you can view, pay, and electronically file them away. Using e-bills means better record-keeping, quicker payment turnaround, and less risk of error.

And, it's easy, when you set-up real-time alerts.  Customize your alert delivery options and receive alerts by email, text and/or mobile push notifications.  Choose from dozens of alerts and know instantly when a transaction occurs.

Security with Face ID®

Log into Salem Five's Mobile Banking app with Face ID^®

If you want an easy and secure way to access your account, consider enabling Face ID – either from Log In screen or from More menu. Face ID provides an added layer of security using biometric authentication and bypasses the need for you to enter your Password at each Log In. Available for most devices.

Tips for keeping your information safe:

• Remember to NEVER share your Online Banking/Mobile Banking user ID, password or security verification codes with anyone
• Only authorize instant payments such as Zelle® to people you know and trust
